Los Angeles Black Tie Club
A Black Tie Club International Chapter
The Los Angeles Black Tie Club is a chapter of Black Tie Club International. The Black Tie Club International formed in Toronto, Canada in 1990. The Club was formed to provide an alternative venue for gay men to meet and share a common outlook, to have fun, and to enjoy one another's company in a formal Black Tie setting.
The club's founder always believed that, no matter what you look like, when you put on a tuxedo you look fabulous! Our formal dinners are Black Tie Only. Since its formation, Black Tie Club International has grown to more than 20 Chapters with over 800 members across the US and Canada.
The Los Angeles Chapter formed in 2008 and is open to residences of Los Angeles County. Annually we host two formal black tie events as well as informal quarterly events which may include cocktail parties, pool parties, a day at the races, pot-luck dinners, or happy hours and dinners at local establishments.
Membership is extended to Gay Men, singles or couples of all ages able to fulfill membership requirements. Membership details may be found here. No personal information, email addresses, or names are ever made public without the expressed permission of the member.
